    As part of ongoing growth, we are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team.

    Working directly with partners and project directors, you will lead mandates of varying scope and complexity. Your role will be key in ensuring effective technical coordination, rigorous project management, and active mentorship within your team.

    Project Management

    Candidate Profile
    • To succeed in this role, you must hold a licence to practise from the OAQ and have a minimum of six years of proven experience in architectural project coordination.
    • Solid project management skills (budgets, timelines, team coordination) are required. Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
    • Given the bilingual nature of our operations in Québec, fluency in both French and English is required.
    • You should demonstrate strong collaboration skills, the ability to guide and inspire a team, and an excellent knowledge of BIM methodologies and LEED practices.

    Position Overview


    To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with 5 to 10 years of experience to strengthen our technical team.

    Reporting to senior architects or a project director, you will play an active role in the technical design and execution of a wide range of projects, serving as a key technical link between the internal team and various external stakeholders.

    Project Technical Management

    • You will be responsible for the full production of technical construction drawings, from detailed plans to the preparation of specifications and tender documents.

    Technical Coordination and Support

    Reporting to a Project Director, you will play a key role in the technical development, coordination, and production of medium to high complexity architectural projects. You will ensure deliverable quality, schedule adherence, and smooth collaboration among all stakeholders.
     

    Main Responsibilities
    • Produce plans, details, and technical specifications that comply with current standards and internal guidelines.

    • Prepare and manage construction documents (payment certificates, lien waivers, change orders).

    As part of our continued growth in Montréal, we are seeking an Interior Design Team Lead to join our leadership team, contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects, and support the development of our designers.

     

    The Role


    Reporting to the Associate Director of Interior Design, the Interior Design Team Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing interior design activities on projects of varying complexity. This role ensures design excellence, adherence to schedules, and compliance with GKC standards, while fostering collaboration and professional development within the team.


    You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, in collaboration with the Director of Interior Design, and actively mentor intermediate and junior designers.


     
    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, develop, and coordinate interior design projects in collaboration with Project Managers.
    • Act as the primary client contact, jointly with the Director of Interior Design.
    • Supervise the production of drawings, details, finish schedules, and presentations prepared by junior and intermediate designers.
