CÔTE-DE-LIESSE

Sun Life acquired the former Golf Gardens site in Saint-Laurent in 2003 and turned to GKC for the master plan. The layout included the extension of Griffith Street through the site facilitating the development of mid-sized single tenant and multi-tenant buildings, six of which have been built to date with surprisingly little variation on the original concept. As of today, the following projects have been completed: Tommy Hilfiger, Toyo Tires, VanEegan, Daltile, Acklands-Grainger, and SMC.
