This speculative multi-tenant office building includes a bank on the ground floor with a main entrance facing one street and the office building main lobby entrance is on the opposite side.

A steel structure was selected for construction economy on the relatively small floor plate. The LEED conceived project includes state-of-the-art chilled beam technology for the heating and air conditioning. Floor to ceiling windows are punctuated by high end fibro-cement panel cladding and defined by contrasting horizontal bands at the floor level.

The building also includes basement parking and mechanical rooms.
